When we first found out a Disney on Ice was hitting the tri-state area during November and December  “Let’s Celebrate” came to our minds since the holiday season is upon us. Wether you are two , twenty two or one hundred and two you have a favorite Disney character. I know in our house my favorite is Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Main Man loves all his Toy Story friends and DH can relate well to Beast.

One Short of A Family Four Pack

No matter where you go these days everyone offers the Bargin Family Four Pack. Whether  your looking for a children’s show or event most of them offer special pricing for a family of four. So what happens when your family of four is not four. What is a Family to do when They are One Short of A Family Four Pack? I never really noticed it before because I guess we always would invite a friend for my son to play with or another family would go and need an extra ticket since their family was larger then four.

In instances such as Value Diners or Meal offers we have my mother who lives with us , or my niece who is also residing with us while she gets her feet on the ground in New York so food, coupons or value will never go to waste. Since last Monday October 15th  was National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Day, I got to thinking how the family four pack effects our family since we are unable to have anymore children and have not decided if we will go the route of adoption. While this may seem trivial to most it is something that made reality set in that our family of three is only that three and do we really live in a society where people are expected to still have 2 children with a dog and a white picket fence?

Am I alone in these feeling or are there other families that feel the same way as I do?
