We Experienced… Experience THE RIDE
A few months back I wrote a post Experience The Ride – Part Show, Part Tour Total Entertainment. With this past weekend being Thanksgiving weekend, we had a lot of out of town guests visiting us. When our cousins come from Pennsylvania we try to do at least one NYC tourist attraction with them This trip We Experienced… Experience The Ride Holiday Edition!
After a day of touring the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, our next and last stop of the day was to Experience The Ride. 17 YES 17 of us were greeted by Janelle , Jeanel and Matt as we approached our large traveling stadium seated bus. They were extremely friendly and knew that they should be expecting a party of 17. They had saved the back row for us, which allowed for optimum viewing.
Once we were seated our on bus guides, Stuart and Julie got the full bus pumped to Experience THE RIDE! Our tour was holiday based. The ride which is tricked out with LED lights, windows from floor to ceiling so you have a panoramic view of the city as I had mentioned previously the stadium seating allows for not a bad seat on The Ride.
Julie, Stuart and The Ride provided us with a guided tour that provided the atmosphere of a comedy show. There humor, knowledge and fun facts about NYC made The Ride fun while traveling the NYC streets. They even played a game with us called The Ride Quiz which kept everyone on their toes. When we were not being entertained by The Ride we were treated to entertainers throughout NYC . Since we were on the Holiday Edition of the ride our sidewalk interactions were well Holiday based. We started out in Times Square where we were treated to an early new years celebration. During The Ride, we experienced all the holidays December had to offer. We finished our tour with a good ole NY NY group sing along. I would love to share all We Experienced during our Experience The Ride Holiday Edition, but why spoil it. Experience The Ride Holiday Edition is the perfect gift for the people on your holiday list who have everything!
